conNECKted: Experiencing Gentrification – Sociometrics

Join the Charleston Rhizome Collective for special programming associated with the conNECKted: Imaginings for Truth and Reconcilation exhibition.
10am – 12pm: “IMAGININGS for TRUTH & …” co-facilitated by La’Sheia Oubre & George Hopkins.
12pm – 2pm: Banner and Poetry Making.
2pm to 4pm: Socio-metrics with Art Spot Productions; a 2-hour workshop in which we learn more about one another using exercises that measure who we are and how we behave in community with one another. Free and open to all.
Continue the conversation after hours with the artists and activists on the conNECKted team. Head to the local restaurant Island Breeze (2225 Mosquito Beach Road) for the evening, and ask for the conNECKted party when you arrive. Please note, guests are responsible for the costs of their own meals.
