Sit a Spell: Southbound Conversation Series

Part of Southbound programming, the Sit a Spell Conversation Series aims to encourage thoughtful conversation on a variety of topics and issues faced by today’s New South. This is the series’ second conversation, and the first of two to take place at City Gallery, featuring Dr. Renard Harris. A native of Moss Point, Mississippi, Harris earned a doctorate in education from the University of Tennessee. He is associate vice president of the College of Charleston’s Office of Institutional Diversity, serving as CofC’s chief diversity officer.
